"How do I get more sales?"
Wrong question.
Better question: "How do I get more conversations?"
Because sales are an output. Conversations are an input.
And you can't control outputs. Only inputs.
But everyone obsesses over outputs.
More revenue. More clients. More results.
Then they wonder why nothing changes.
Because you can't directly make those happen.
You can only create the inputs that lead to them.
Here's the shift:
Stop asking: "How do I make $10K?"
Start asking: "How many conversations does $10K require?"
Let's say you close 1 in 5 conversations. And your offer is $2K.
$10K = 5 sales.
5 sales = 25 conversations.
Now you have a real target. 25 conversations.
That's something you can actually control.
You can't force people to buy. But you can force yourself to have 25 conversations.
So the problem isn't "I need more sales."
It's "I need 25 conversations this month."
Now you know what to do.
Your business has grown. Is your accounting on the same path?
When you started out, doing your own books made sense. But the business you're running today isn't the one you started. If your accounting hasn't kept pace, it's quietly costing you — outdated financials, no clear view of what's actually profitable, and hours every week pulled away from the work that grows your business. At BELAY, our Financial Experts integrate directly into your business. They manage your books, reconcile accounts, run payroll, and deliver the timely insight you need to make big decisions with confidence. Stop guessing. Start knowing.
Reach out. Post something that starts conversations. Offer to help.
The output takes care of itself.
This works for everything.
Want more followers? Figure out the input. (Post 3x day = 100 followers/month.)
Want more opportunities? Figure out the input. (10 DMs/week = 2 opportunities/month.)
Outputs feel random because you're not tracking inputs.
But when you know your inputs, outputs become predictable.
So stop chasing results. Start stacking inputs.
The results will follow.

P.S. What output do you want? Now reverse-engineer the input. Then do only that.
