Haven't sent an email in 20 days.
Not because I quit. Because I was buried in the business.
Day and night. Building. Fixing. Executing.
And here's what I learned:
Sometimes the best thing you can do for your audience is disappear and actually do the work.
Not talk about it. Not post about it. Not update everyone.
Just... do it.
Because content about working is easy.
Actually working is hard.
And for 20 days I chose hard over easy.
Stopped writing emails about building a business.
Started actually building the business.
And it worked.
Got more done in 20 days of silence than I did in 2 months of posting daily.
Because I wasn't performing. I was executing.
No energy spent explaining. All energy spent doing.
So if you've been feeling guilty about not posting enough or not showing up daily:
Stop.
Maybe you don't need to post more.
Maybe you need to work more and talk less.
Do the thing. Then come back and share what you built.
Not the other way around.
Anyway, I'm back.
And I've got some things to share.
Talk soon, Dyl - Founder of Relentlece.
P.S. Sometimes silence is progress. Don't confuse posting with working.
